Chief Executive Officer,
ReMerge of Oklahoma County
Erin Engelke is the Chief Executive Officer for ReMerge of Oklahoma County, a pre-trial diversion program that serves high-risk, high-needs mothers facing non-violent felony offenses in Oklahoma County.
Prior to ReMerge, Erin served as CEO of Calm Waters, Oklahoma City’s grief center, as well as in management roles for Sunbeam Family Services, Feed the Children, World Neighbors, and MidFirst Bank. She has traveled extensively around the world, including Guatemala, Albania, and Peru and has a heart for seeing children and families thrive no matter where they live.
Erin is frequently asked to speak on issues relating to branding, work/life balance and non-profit leadership. Her deepest passion is empowering other working moms to resist the pull to achieve work-life balance, instead seeking a fulfilled life. Her expertise and real-life perspectives have been heard on stages across Oklahoma, including as a TEDx presenter in 2014. She is an Executive Coach as well as a writer, blogger and founder of www.beautyinthebusyness.com.
A graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, Erin serves as Commissioner on the Oklahoma Commission of the Status of Women, Vice Chair of the Oklahoma Criminal Justice Citizens Advisory Board, Past President and Advisory Council Chair for the Public Relations Society of America, Past President of the Association of Women in Communications, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City. Erin’s greatest pride is her family – her husband, son and two daughters.
Erin was named one of the Top 50 Women of the Year by The Journal Record in 2021, 2022 and 2024, Top 25 Young Professionals in OKC in 2021 and 2022, 2018 Public Relations Professional of the Year and 2021 Paul E. Dannelly Honoree from the Public Relations Society of America.
