President & CEO, Leadership Oklahoma
A lifelong Oklahoman, Jodi Lewis is deeply committed to the future of Oklahoma, its communities, and its leaders. As President & CEO of Leadership Oklahoma, Jodi embraces her multi-faceted role of overseeing an organization with more than 1,800 members with a mission to create, inspire, and support its member leaders whose commitment to service and excellence energizes them to positively shape Oklahoma’s future.
She is a native of Creek County, growing up on a ranch with a diversified livestock operation in Bristow, OK. A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Jodi began her career in rural community and economic development. In 2009, she hit the pause button on her career for seven years after the birth of her sons. She later went on to serve as Executive Director of the Francis Tuttle Foundation and as a lobbyist for the Oklahoma Municipal League and Motorola Solutions, Inc.
Jodi was actively involved in Leadership Oklahoma prior to taking on the role of President & CEO in January 2024. A graduate of Leadership Oklahoma (Class XXII & Lifetime Member), she previously served two terms as the LOK Development Chair, Class XXII Ambassador, Co-Chair of the 2019 Excellence in Leadership Gala, and YLOK Class 23 Chair.
Her passion for Oklahoma nonprofits and expertise in board development and governance has led her to serve on numerous local and statewide boards. She has served as President of the board of directors for the Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation, Parent Promise, and the Piedmont Community Foundation. Jodi has also served on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Academy, Hough Ear Institute, Positive Tomorrows, and Heritage Hall School Patrons Association. In 2007, she was elected to the Piedmont City Council, and later that year was named as one of OKCBiz’s “Forty Under 40”.
Jodi and her husband, David Lewis, have been married 18 years. Their sons Bauer (15) and Beckham (12) attend Heritage Hall. The family lives in Edmond with a Coton de Tulear pup named “Happy” and are members of Quail Springs Baptist Church.
