CEO of Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma
Stacy McNeiland brings over 25 years of leadership experience in education and the nonprofit sector to her role as CEO of Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma, which she assumed in August 2025. A dedicated advocate for youth and community, Stacy excels at building strong teams, advancing mission-driven work and fostering sustainable growth. In her new role, Stacy is focused on strengthening partnerships, expanding access and empowering girls through innovative programming.
She spent 18 years in higher education, holding leadership roles including adjunct faculty and director of the President’s Leadership Council. She led innovative programs and achieved 12 consecutive years of record-breaking freshman enrollment.
From 2013 to 2025, Stacy served as CEO of The CARE Center, Oklahoma County’s only nationally accredited child advocacy center. Under her leadership, it experienced transformational growth. In 2017, she founded ROAR, a child abuse prevention program that has educated more than 125,000 children and 27,000 adults. ROAR is the only nationally accredited prevention curriculum for children ages 3–8 and has been recognized by the FBI and multiple state agencies.
Stacy serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Oklahoma and is active in civic and leadership groups, including the FBI Citizens Academy, Leadership Oklahoma City and Rotary Club 29. Her honors include Journal Record’s Woman of the Year, 405 Magazine’s Humanitarian Award, Oklahoma City Panhellenic Woman of the Year and the Journal Record PowerList of Nonprofit CEOs.
Stacy holds a master’s in leadership with a business administration emphasis from Oklahoma City University and is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate. She lives in Edmond with her husband and two rescue dachshunds.
