Since opening in 2011, Café Kacao has grown into a thriving business, serving thousands of patrons each month and earning recognition from People Magazine, Yelp, and the Travel Channel as one of the top culinary destinations in the region.
Beyond her success in the kitchen, Verónica is deeply committed to community empowerment and women's leadership. She mentors aspiring female chefs and entrepreneurs, supports women's rights initiatives, and regularly contributes to organizations that uplift underserved populations.
