Emily Lang is a partner at Price Lang Public Relations, an Edmond-based strategic communications firm.

She began her career working for the Oklahoma House of Representatives before joining the Attorney General’s Office in 2002, where she served as a public information officer and legislative liaison. In 2009, she left the AG's office to lead a gubernatorial campaign, where she managed all aspects of the campaign, including communications, fundraising, polling and outreach.

Upon her return to state government, she earned the position of Director of Special Projects.

Known as an innovator and problem solver, Ms. Lang co-founded Price Lang in 2011 with her friend and former attorney general’s office co-worker, Charlie Price.  Over the last 12 years, their clients have included local and global businesses, advocacy organizations and not-for-profits, with services including strategic and crisis communications, video production, graphic design, social and digital media management and development support. Under Emily and Charlie’s leadership, Price Lang Public Relations has received numerous awards, including a Gold Addy Award in 2022.

Emily’s work has included charitable efforts for a variety of causes, including the Santa Fe Family Life Center, Leadership Oklahoma City and the University of Central Oklahoma, where she currently serves as immediate past chair of the University’s Foundation Board of Trustees.

Emily has been named to the Journal Record’s “Achievers Under 40” list and the Business Times’ “20 Under 40” list.

She has been married to her husband, John, for more than 20 years. When she isn’t expertly juggling client’s needs, she can be found cheering on her son, Wyatt, in his many school and sporting endeavors.
