Jaime Patterson

Director of Diversion Services for TEEM

The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM)


Jaime Patterson has the great joy and honor of serving as the Director of Diversion Services for The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM), an organization dedicated to breaking cycles of incarceration and poverty through education, personal development, and work readiness training. In that capacity, she supervises both the Pre-Trial Release Initiative and the Oklahoma County Community Sentencing programs as well as the Peer Recovery Support Specialist and Supervision Engagement Officers teams for several of the Oklahoma County Treatment Courts. She believes to her core that every member of our community is valuable regardless of their past and has made it her life’s mission to instill hope in people who have felt unseen.

Jaime has bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia in Child and Family Development as well as Social Work and is an avid Bulldogs fan - Go Dawgs! She has also earned master's degrees in Social Work and Criminology & Criminal Justice from Florida State University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Prior to working for TEEM, she worked in various aspects of the juvenile and criminal legal fields in Georgia, Florida and New Mexico. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families impacted by the legal system as they work to build successful lives and futures.

Jaime has been married to her husband, Taylor, for 9 years and they have 2 beautiful daughters, Cayden (4) and Riley (3). Jaime serves on the leadership team for the children’s ministry at People’s Church OKC and enjoys volunteering her time there in the nursery every Sunday. Her faith and hope that she has in Christ are her motivation and guide her daily in all of her personal and professional roles.
