Program Sponsorship

Program Book Ad Details 

• The program book is printed on 8 ½ x 11 paper and folded in half to form a final program size of 5.5" x 8.5". 

• Sponsorships ads are printed in black and white. 

• DEADLINE FOR ALL PROGRAM BOOK SPONSORSHIPS IS FRIDAY, FEB. 28, 2025

• Rates are for camera-ready art submitted electronically (a high resolution PDF or PSD/JPG file is preferred). Email questions or art to Elizabeth Rice, ericemcdow@live.com

• If you are using your actual business card art for your business card sized ad, it can be mailed USPS or emailed to Elizabeth Rice ericemcdow@live.com and you will not incur a design fee.

Ad sizes and rates are as follows:

• Full page - 5"x7.5" = $175

• Half page - 5"x3.66" = $100

• Business card - 5" x 2.41" = $60

Need help with an ad design?

Our graphic design partner will design your ad for a fee of $40 (for any sized ad), paid directly to them. With your consent, we will give them your contact information, and they will contact you. We will provide them with your basic ideas and the sponsorship size. If you need a design created, THE DEADLINE IS Friday, Feb. 21, 2025.

Payment

You will be sent an electronic invoice.  If you prefer a hard copy, please let your contact person know.
